Cancellation Policy

Zayan Shopping India

Zayan Shopping India is an online retail e-commerce store offering products to customers across India. We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, customers are requested to submit cancellation requests at the earliest opportunity.

This policy should be read together with our Return & Refund Policy.

1. Cancellation Before Order Processing

Customers may request cancellation of an order before the order has been processed or dispatched.

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.

Please provide:

• Order ID
• Customer name
• Registered mobile number
• Registered email address
• Reason for cancellation

A cancellation request is subject to confirmation by Zayan Shopping India.

2. Cancellation After Order Processing

Once an order has entered processing, packing, or dispatch preparation, cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has already been processed or packed, customers may need to wait for delivery and, where applicable, follow our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Cancellation After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched to the delivery partner, it generally cannot be cancelled through the website.

If the customer no longer requires the product, the customer should accept the delivery and follow the applicable return procedure, if the product is eligible for return.

If a customer refuses delivery, any refund will be handled according to the applicable Return & Refund Policy and the circumstances of the order.

4. Prepaid Orders

If an eligible cancellation is approved for a prepaid order, the applicable refund will be initiated to the original payment method wherever possible.

The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s bank account may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution.

5. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers may request cancellation before the order is processed or dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be available.

Customers are requested not to place COD orders unless they genuinely intend to receive the product.

6. Orders Cancelled by Zayan Shopping India

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including:

• Product being unavailable
• Product discontinued
• Incorrect pricing or product information due to a technical/system error
• Payment or transaction problems
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Delivery restrictions
• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

If payment has already been received for an order cancelled by Zayan Shopping India, the applicable amount paid will be refunded.

7. Cancellation Charges

Any cancellation-related charges, if applicable, will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific circumstances of the order. We will not impose a cancellation charge contrary to applicable consumer/e-commerce requirements. The Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 specifically address cancellation charges and accepted refunds.

8. Cancellation Confirmation

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically mean that the order has been cancelled.

The cancellation will be considered successful only after Zayan Shopping India confirms the cancellation.

Customers should retain the cancellation confirmation for their records.

9. Refund for Cancelled Orders

Where a cancellation is approved and a refund is applicable:

• The refund will normally be made to the original payment method.
• The refund will be initiated within a reasonable period after cancellation approval.
• The actual credit time may depend on the payment gateway and customer’s bank.

For returned products, the refund process will be governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Important Note

Customers are encouraged to carefully verify the product, quantity, colour, size, specification, compatibility, delivery address, and contact details before completing an order.

Once an order enters processing or dispatch, cancellation may not be possible.

11. Policy Updates

Zayan Shopping India reserves the right to update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to future orders.
