Returnable Conditions

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Process:

  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our Customer Support team at support@zayanshoppingindia.in with your order number and details about the issue.
  • Our team will provide you with an exchange authorization and instructions on how to proceed.
  • Once your exchange is approved, we will process the replacement and provide you with the new tracking details.

3. Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Personalized or customized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. Return Shipping:

  • We are responsible for return shipping costs, it will be proceed from our end. Customers just need to pack the return product in original packing with bill. Our delivery agent will come and collect the item from customer’s origin address.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
