- Mixed seed & nut powder – 2 cups
(Almonds peeled, pine nuts, groundnuts, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, watermelon seeds – roasted & powdered) - Oats powder – 1 cup
- Eggs – 3
- Unsalted Butter 1/2 cup
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Baking soda – ½ tsp
- Vanilla essence – 1 tsp
- Honey – 2 tbsp (optional, can replace with sugar-free syrup)
- Alternative sugar powder – as per taste (Stevia, Erythritol, Xylitol)
- Milk – ½ cup (low-fat or almond milk)
- Cocoa powder – 2 tbsp (unsweetened)
- Cashews & black dry grapes – handful for garnish
🥣 Method
- Mix dry ingredients – Combine nut & seed powder, oats powder, cocoa powder, baking powder, and baking soda.
- Whisk wet ingredients – Beat eggs until fluffy, then add milk, vanilla, honey, and alternative sugar.
- Combine – Slowly fold wet mixture into the dry mix. Adjust with milk if batter is too thick.
- Bake – Pour into a greased tin, garnish with cashews & raisins. Bake at 170°C (340°F) for 25–30 mins.
- Cool & Serve – Let cool fully before slicing.
